On February 4–5, 2026, we hosted Business Owners, CEOs, Proprietors, Heads, and Administrators of Private Basic Schools in the Ashanti Region for a transformative School Management Workshop.
The two-day experience focused on three critical areas of leadership:
- Emotional Intelligence: Strengthening self-awareness, empathy, and leadership influence.
- Effective Staff Management: Building motivated teams, improving communication, and driving accountability.
- Strategic Vision Execution for Business Leaders: Turning vision into actionable plans and sustainable growth.
Beyond the sessions, the workshop created a powerful space for connection, reflection, and renewed commitment to excellence in private education. It was more than a workshop, it was an inspirational experience that empowered school leaders to lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
